The apartments in Mt. Lebanon are in a perfect location, close to anything you could need and a quick drive into town. The property manager and maintenance are quick to respond and assist with anything that is needed. The garage parking, in unit laundry and dishwasher were an added bonus!”

I just ended my lease with Deaktor Development after renting an apartment from them in te Mt. Lebanon area. I rented a really great one bedroom from them for four years. Only reason I am leaving is for a new job. I loved my apartment in Mt. Lebanon. I never had any issues and the office manage Gwen always responsded to me quickly and ould be super friendly and helpful.

The entire staff at Deaktor Development is lovely. I have rented from a lot of different companies around Pittsburgh over the years and Deaktor Development is by far the best one. The touring process was easy and quick and I have had no problems since moving in. Beautiful apartments as well!

Very nice building - As a newcomer to Pittsburgh, I was given less than 2 weeks to relocate, settle in, and start my new position at a major city hospital. I am greatful that I found Deaktor Development. The leasing agent & management team were incredibly helpful and took all of my stress away. They made my process so easy and even made sure the utility company and cable/phone service were assisted so I was not without either at move-in. My apartment is so beautiful. I found the perfect apartment through them. I had just graduated from CMU and wanted to stay in Pittsburgh to start my professional career. I saw one of their listings on apartments.com and from there they really showed me two beautiful apartments in the heart of Shadyside, taking all the correct COVID precautions. These apartments were not only gorgeous but so affordable for their location. After choosing the apartment I wanted, their team was super quick with the application and lease signing process. I moved in to a clean beautiful apartment with no issues. Since then I have had little to no problems and any minor issues are always fixed by their professional maitenance team.
