How To Pay Your Rent

Most banks permit their Depositors to schedule monthly payments. Once set-up these payments are mailed monthly on the date of your choice and may reoccur monthly. This service is often provided as a free service. This system is convenient and provides reassurance in knowing your payment will not be missed. Please be aware most banks have a standardized five (5) business day window to issue such a payment. It is important you choose a payment date that will ensure your bank check arrives timely.

It is important to note:

Payments cannot be left in the mailbox outside of our Walnut Street office. The Postal Carrier does not sort through what is pulled out of the mailbox. The box contents are often removed and dropped into their postal bag without checking as it then continues onto the next address.

We are not be responsible for lost payments.
